I’ve decided that I’m probably not gonna continue work on my novel. This because I only have 4,601 words to date. I’ll try as much as I can to work on my novel during this four-day weekend. Wish me luck. Please leave a comment scolding me for goofing off and not working on my novel when I had the time.

You guys did better than I did. A friend invited me, and I thought about it and decided I ‘didn’t have time’. I could scold myself and say I never even started. Why?

If I weren’t so busy I could have done it. But everyday after school I have after-school stuff until 7. That makes it tough. But that was just rationalization. Next year…
Yeah, that’s the same reason I couldn’t really work on it. I had so much school work that I couldn’t find time to work on it. It seemed like the teachers were being the meanest this month.
