Finger Food

This morning, I saw a report on the news that, to CNN, was important enough for there to be a special segment. It was about a woman who tried to file a lawsuit saying she found a finger in her food at Wendy’s.

“Wendy’s restaurants are hoping business will bounce back now that a woman who claimed she found a finger in her bowl of chili has been arrested and investigators say the whole case was likely a hoax.”

This reminds me a lot of someone who tried to frame my dad of a hit-and-run accident. My dad hadn’t even gone out of the house that day, let alone go to the mall, like the police report said. We found out later on that there’s a group that targets taxi-drivers and limousine-drivers to file lawsuits againt.

This brings a whole new meaning to the phrase, “finger food.”

  • Haha, yeah there are always people who try to make a buck by stooping so low. Have you heard of the woman who claims she found a rat in her chicken @ Popeye’s? Or the one where glass was found in a burger @ McDonalds?
