Apple announced today that OS X Tiger will come out on April 29! I wish I could go to the Apple Store on the 28th! Oh wait, I can since I have Spring Break that week! Notice that many parts of the Apple website have gone black. I really hope I can go to the Apple Store to get Tiger. Maybe I’ll get a PowerBook then, if they come out pre-installed with Tiger!
Update: My mom said that hopefully, we’ll go to the Apple Store the day that Tiger comes out. I’m also pretty sure that the PowerBooks will come pre-installed with Tiger when it comes out. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. I really hope that the high-definition PowerBook, that’s rumored to come out, doesn’t come out just after I buy my PowerBook!
Update Numéro Deux: For those of you not in the know, Tiger is the latest update to Apple’s Mac OS X. It’s an operating system, which is the main software that runs a computer. The reason I’m so excited is that I’m a big fan of Macintosh computers (and not such a big one for Windows PCs) and have been waiting months for Tiger to come out so I can get my first Mac.
