Designer’s Block?

Today, I tried to redesign this site. Unfortunately, I was unable to. Why, you might ask? Because I can’t really decide how to make the site look. I want something with that nice glossy-matte look that SimpleBits, Odeo, and Mark Boulton have. I also need to get a nice color scheme. I keep coming back to the current color scheme, but I want to change it. I wish I had some more inpiration. I also wish I could kill Internet Explorer. It makes my designing moments a living nightmare.
