My trip to Canada was excellent indeed. First, I went to the Niagara Falls Botanical Garden with my sister and bro-in-law. The place was awesome, with beautiful flowers and such. Then, we went to this really cool Pakistani restaurant in downtown Toronto called Lahore Tikka House. The food was awesome.
I went to the Toronto Apple Store, which was sorta crowded. I noticed that many of the employees were bent at selling stuff. They kept trying to convince people to buy stuff. I even saw a guy who kept trying to embarass an employee. He kept asking whether the iPod was “IBM-compatible” and referred to Macs as “Apple-ware.” Funny.
Well, I came home yesterday, and I wish I had stayed longer, but, oh well.
I uploaded a bunch of photos to Flickr, which was fun. I made a set called Trip to Canada. It has a bunch of photos from when I stopped at the Niagara Falls.

lahore tikka house is definitely good, but next time you come down, let me know, i’ve got a list of great places for you to check out!
and i know the toronto apple store is a little disappointing. so small, so crowded, and nothing like the one in cupertino. of course, it’s an apple store, so it’s still as close to heaven on earth as we’ll get, right?
)
Yeah, that food is great.
I guess it’s crowded because it’s the only Apple Store in Canada. The one closest to my house is smaller and it’s a lot less crowded.
We have places that sell Macs out here and they can be busy. But for mac types going to a real temple…er, store is fun.
I don’t know why sales people feel they need to chase customers around. If find it bothersome.
