When I was younger, I never really swung on swings. I blame it partly on my kindergarten teacher for scaring me and the fact that when I was in kindergarten, I moved to a new neighborhood. The park near my house has baby swings.
Recently, I realized how bad I am at swinging. I'm learning.
Last night, I was having a hard time finishing a report. My plan was to pretend I was sick in the morning if I wasn't able to get it done on time. I ended up falling asleep before I could finish it.
When I woke up, I found out that I really was sick. Talk about irony.
I found out that I don't really like staying home on school days unless I have something fun to do. Waking up at 12 with a backache is not on my list of nice things.
