In Rainbows

In Rainbows Radiohead

Seems Radiohead has a new album coming out. It’s called In Rainbows and you have the choice of buying it for 40 euros as a discbox or downloading it for free/whatever you wanna pay. I plan on blowing my current savings on the discbox. (Thanks, YANP)

Update: My cousin ordered it for me a few minutes ago.

Derrick

Derrick is a really funny comedy group. I don’t know why I didn’t post about them earlier. They’re hilarious. New Bike is one of the funniest.

Finally Got Some Photos Up

Sudman and Myself, originally uploaded by cafenut.

I know I was supposed to put up photos of my new iPod but the only one I’ve been able to take is one with my phone. Of course, I was able to get two rolls of film developed. One of them was shot with my Fisheye soon after I got back from Bangladesh and while in Canada. The other was shot with my newly acquired Minolta X-370. Unfortunately, the only good shots were the few I shot of Sudman.

I still have about four more rolls I need to get developed soon.

This is a test post from flickr, a fancy photo sharing thing.

In Canada

At the moment, I’m in Scarborough, Canada visiting my sister and her husband. My sister’s having a baby in December and we plan on coming back then. We wanted to see her before she gives birth so we decided to come here as soon as I got at least 3 days off. Luckily, thanks to Rosh Hashanah, we got 4 days off and we’re here now.

The trip was kind of strange since we left on Wednesday night and yesterday was the first day of Ramadan. We had to eat Suhr on the road. I bought a couple of those plastic bowls of Apple Jacks when we stopped for gas. The day wasn’t that hard except having to walk around Niagara Falls since my uncle had never been there.

Last Saturday, when our plans to come to Canada were made final, I ordered an iPod classic, hoping to bring it along on the trip. Of course, I ordered it a day too late and it didn’t arrive at my house till yesterday. Luckily, my aunt was at home to pick it up for me. It’s amazing how FedEx lets you see the receiver’s signature online. Expect photos of the new iPod as soon as I get home on Sunday.
