Black Friday 2005

Ben Sherman WalletGiant MonstersPocky

Today, I decided to go shopping with my mom and my aunt. I did this because I wanted to take photos with my LC-A. I also wanted to get a wallet from Urban Outfitters.

I got a Ben Sherman wallet, as depicted above. I wanted to get some Napoleon Dynamite stuff and I also wanted to get a Charlie Brown Christmas tree, but didn’t feel like asking my mom for stuff.

When my uncle came, my mom and I started walking around the mall while my uncle and my aunt were busy shopping for something. I decided to go into EB Games, which was jam packed with shoppers. Then, I saw a store called Suncoast. I decided to go in and look around. I got some Pocky and a cheesy Monster DVD. I also noticed that some dude was making out with his girlfriend right behind the Anime/Manga place, which is where I got the Pocky.

The mall that I went to, Queens Center, seems pretty weird nowadays. It used to be just one building but they “added” on another one. The whole place seems like a movie where people live in some weird utopian place but there’s some freaky stuff going on that people don’t know about.

Apple is Wonderful

Apple has announced the video iPod. Just as I predicted yesterday. ;) There’s also a new iMac G5 out. I feel sorry for Sudman since his birthday’s next week and he got a nano a few weeks ago. There is just one thing I don’t like about the new iPod. No FireWire support! This makes me sad. I love the speediness of FireWire.

I’m pretty sure what I get after my LC-A shall be a new iPod. I’ve been waiting for this one ever since I got mine more than a year ago, which I’m surprised I didn’t blog about when I got it.

Got the TV!

New TV, originally uploaded by cafenut.

We got our TV today. It’s pretty awesome. The delivery dudes took away our old TV. The first movie we watched was The Adventures of Sharkboy & Lavagirl. My parents really liked it. I took two some photos and you can see me in the following one:.

I really like all the stuff it has. It’s even got GPL and LGPL statements since it’s based on some Linux kernel.

The only problem is that we haven’t figured out how to use our VCR with the TV. The instructions are a bit confusing. Other than that, we love our new TV.

Recent Happenin’s

So, I took some photos of that movie being shot near my house. Also got back those photos I took with my ActionSampler. Posted them on Flickr. Just thought you guys would like to know.

Odeo Rocks!

My Odeo ChannelI got invited to use Odeo’s create tools a few days ago like a few people I know. It’s very impressive what the peeps at Odeo did. I mean, the Studio is beyond cool. The interface is so slick, Blogger seems like it’s messed up. I have my own channel, which I posted to the moment I got invited. It was a show about me enjoying the Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D.
